Delivery
Delivery is the most important stage of the purchase; without it, you cannot use your online order. Therefore, we suggest you familiarize yourself with the basic information about the main delivery methods and their features.
Delivery Options:
- Delivery to Faberlic pick-up point
- Home delivery by courier service
- Delivery to postamat
Delivery Features:
Delivery to postamat
For example, postamats are not spacious enough, and products cannot be stored in them for long since the storage periods are very limited. Additionally, the postamat network is unevenly distributed, and they are not available everywhere.
Home delivery by courier service
Home delivery is more preferable in this sense, as neither dimensions nor deadlines have such strict limits. But most importantly, with home delivery, the order can reach almost anywhere. In your region, several companies may handle home delivery simultaneously, so when choosing, you should consider the cost, delivery times, and previous experience with the courier service.
Delivery to Faberlic pick-up point
Historically, in markets where the company’s products are presented, delivery was carried out to the company’s Service Centers, which were located mainly in large cities. Later, the service centers were replaced by a network of pick-up points. Delivery to Faberlic pick-up point is the most preferred method, but it has a drawback — pick-up points are poorly represented in new markets.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the selected delivery method and the region where the order is placed, but usually, orders are delivered within 2 days to a week.
How to Choose the Delivery Method:
You should choose the delivery method in your personal account when placing an order. Since the order is linked to the address you entered during registration or previous orders, the system will automatically suggest the optimal delivery options for you.
